Satisfactory breakfast for an additional amount, and excellent staff. An electric kettle, central heating and an ironing set were convenient. Incredible location, restaurants and bars not far from the hotel. Found in the beautiful area.

I really appreciated the easy access to both Elm Hill and Norwich Cathedral as I wandered the charming streets and soaked up the rich history around every corner. The friendly staff added to the pleasant experience.

The location is perfect for exploring Norwich. We enjoyed visiting the Cathedral and relaxing in The Plantation garden. Plus, the spacious family room was a bonus for our grown-up kids when they all gathered for movie night.
My kids wished the bathroom offered better safety features.

Friendly staff, but room issues
The check-in was kinda bumpy-had to wait while they served drinks to walk-ins. But the staff were super friendly once they got to us! The room was clean but freezing, and half the lights didn't work, a pain. Breakfast could've been better too, felt really cheap. The bar area was nice though!
